Excavation and Compaction
How many stories have you heard about people’s houses settling and the concrete settling to the point of danger? My crew and sub contractors spend extra time on proper soils and compatible materials and utilize proper compaction equipment. We invest extra time to achieve quality compaction and use rebar reinforcement to insure that your home and concrete will not have unusual settling. We spend quality time on managing excavation digs and back fill processes.
