We believe in handling all projects in a professional and organized manner. Here is an outline of how our estimate process works.
Step 1: We’ll hold a free, no obligation consultation with you to discuss your projects specifications and requirements and to provide you with a bid for the estimated time and cost required. In other words, you’ll share your vision with us and we’ll discuss the details required to make it a reality.
Step 2: Should you decide to pursue your project with us, we’ll prepare a Proposal Document (as seen here) for you. This document will outline important project details such as the type of work to be carried out, the materials that will be used, and the amount of time that will be required. This document will be signed by both parties and will serve as a map and for the success of the project.
Step 3: After the work has been completed a series of quality assurance checks will be carried out and your level of satisfaction and approval will be gauged. If your not happy, we’re not happy! Once the project is deemed complete you will receive a Statement (as seen here) which will accurately outline important details regarding the project, including the cost of various services and materials used in the project. This statement will serve as your record for tax purposes and more.
